Between
1966 and 1969, Lloyd and band made eight albums for Atlantic Records: Dream
Weaver, Forest Flower, The Flowering, In Europe, Love-In, Journey Within, In
the Soviet Union, and Soundtrack. Only Dream Weaver was a studio date; all the
others were live recordings, mostly featuring music unavailable elsewhere.
Almost all of them are currently out of print.

I haven't heard much pre-solo Jarrett outside of Miles. Thanks for the share!
ReplyDeleteVitko, thank you!!
ReplyDeleteSome early Jack deJohnette. I dunno if I should be embarrassed that I haven't paid much attention to Charles Llloyd in the past, or if I should be glad you offered a few older LPs by him - for me to finally discover... Thanks, Vitko!
